Hello Vinyasa Vibers…It’s finally here, a place for me to really share my YOGA with you! Please visit me often. I just returned from a few days with my mom down in Sarasota Fla. Oh my how I miss the BEACH! The water was blue and warm, the sunsets amazing, and of course the company was wonderful. We had a blast. I just love being in salt water, something so soothing and refreshing. June is upon us and we have been lucky that the heat has been bearable thus far. The fire of summer is very transformative. I am excited for up-coming summer events, workshops and trips....

ANAHATA is the 4th chakra ( wheel or vortex of energy). It is green in color and sits in the center of the chest. It is known as the heart chakra. This chakra is the gateway between the lower three chakras to the upper three chakra. It is the bridge into deeper dimensions…only through love, compassion, trust and faith can we truly grow, change and evolve.
SOUL is your individual light, your passion that guides you to grow, change and evolve.
It is the mission of ANAHATA SOUL to guide yogis deeper into their own practice to discover their unique qualities, their gifts, their light, their SOUL and through love ( the heart chakra) they may share that light with the world.
Discover your Soul’s purpose and share it with the world. This is Anahata Soul. Martha Graham said it best…
“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open.”
Jenn Chiarelli’s journey began through the art of dance. She attained her dream of becoming a professional ballerina when she joined the Cleveland San Jose Ballet as one of its youngest members. During her 11 year career with the company, Jenn danced various soloist and principal roles in works by renowned choreographers including George Balanchine, Martha Graham, Donald McKayle, and Dennis Nahat. She received critical acclaim for her role as the Pioneer Woman in Martha Graham’s Appalachian Spring.
Jenn discovered Yoga, when one of her colleagues took her to her first Ashtanga class in California. At first it was a wonderful new challenge that helped her detoxify her body and mind. She soon realized that her path through yoga was just beginning. At the same time she was blessed to have met her teacher Swami Khecaranatha, and began her study and practice of Kundalini MahaYoga. As she became more aware of her own spiritual journey, she traveled to Costa Rica to the Nosara Yoga Institute. There she received her yoga teacher certification in Interdisciplinary yoga. Jenn has met many yogis along the way, who have influenced her practice and teaching style, including Don and Amba Stapelton, Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, and Desiree Rumbaugh.
Jenn is an E-RYT 500 and has over 10,000 hours of yoga teaching and training experience. She is the creator and founder of Anahata Soul and its 200 hour Yoga Teacher Program in Costa Rica. She helped to create the At One Yoga Teacher Training Program, in Scottsdale, AZ which she has lead for the past 6 years. Jenn teaches Yoga workshops, teacher trainings, classes and retreats nationally and internationally. She currently leads the LifePower Yoga Teacher Training Program in Phoenix, Arizona. Jenn has a deep spiritual practice rooted in Tantra Meditation and always has gratitude for her teacher, Swami Khecaranatha for his guidance along her journey. As a Master teacher, Jenn encourages her students to explore their own internal rhythms, their own personal practice through the postures, breath, meditation, music, and a wide open heart.
